Skype launches a mobile partner programme

Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) outfit Skype has announced a mobile partner programme to boost dodgy 3G connections.

The partnership initiative launched by Skype is a deal with mobile operators in areas with low 3G broadband penetration. The VoIP company wants to use its mobile partner programme to get operators to optimise their 3G coverage.
